appointments must be guaranteed with a valid credit card number, unless
a cash payment is made in advance.
Please
arrive 15 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment time to allow for
check-in, enjoy a complimentary drink and unwind.
As a
courtesy to our spa guests, kindly be prompt to receive full service.
If you are unable to be on time, we will do everything possible to give
you your scheduled service. However, you may not be able to
receive full treatment.
Product
return policy - Within 14 days of purchase we will gladly
exchange your
product purchase, or issue spa credit towards your next product or
service purchase.

Children -
Spa Avalon is a place for you to relax and enjoy personal care. For
the enjoyment of you and the other guests, we ask that you not bring
children into the spa. You deserve to have time to yourself for
personal care and well being.
Cancellations
- We require 24 hours notice of cancellations. No shows
and appointments cancelled with less than a day’s notice will
be charged 100% of scheduled treatment.
Spa apparel - A cozy
robe and spa slippers are provided for spa
treatments.
Personal
items - A locker will be assigned to you for your personal
items. We do
encourage all guest to leave jewelry and valuables at home. We are not
responsible for lost or stolen items.
Cellular
phones - Kindly
turn off cellular phones upon entering Spa Avalon, as the noise may
disturb other guests that are here to escape the world. We truly
appreciate your consideration.
Retail area
- Extend your Spa
Avalon experience by visiting our retail area. We offer a variety of
spa products that we use here during your service.
Spa parties
- We are happy to accommodate special event celebrations
including bridal, bachelor/bachelorette parties, birthday
parties, as well as wedding and baby showers. Our spa coordinators will
assist you with any special arrangements or requests. A 20% group fee
(4 or more persons) will be charged.
Gratuities
- Prices do not
include gratuity, except in the event of a group reservation. In
appreciation to the staff for outstanding services, gratuities may be
given.
Referral
rewards - We are always grateful for your personal
endorsements. To show our appreciation, you’ll receive a $20
gift certificate each time you refer a new client to Spa Avalon. Simply
make sure your name is mentioned at check-in.
Gift Certificates - Gift certificates
represent
a pre payment for services at Spa Avalon and
expire after 1 (one) year. They may not be used to purchase products,
only services. Use of gift certificates constitute acceptance of all
terms and
conditions. Gift certificates are not redeemable for cash, are non
transferable and cannot be used to purchase another gift certificate.
Gift certificates must be presented in order to be redeemed for a
scheduled service. Spa Avalon is not responsible for unauthorized
use of a gift certificate. We regret that cancellations within 24 hours
notice or failure to show for a service will incur a 20% charge from
the total dollar value of the gift certificate. Please call in advance
to schedule an appointment.
